Why We Built This Site
Virginia makes many justice records available, yet access depends on choosing the right custodian. Prince George County Police holds its incident and arrest files. Circuit and General District clerks maintain case filings and outcomes. Riverside Regional Jail keeps regional booking and custody material. The Virginia Department of State Police Criminal Justice Information Services, through the Central Criminal Records Exchange, handles official state criminal-history checks, while the Virginia Sex Offender and Crimes Against Minors Registry provides its own public safety records. We organize verified contacts, request methods, fees, and official search routes for those distinct systems.

What We Cannot Do
This is a privately run reference site. We have no connection to any Virginia court, sheriff's office, police department, or state agency. There are real limits to what we can help with:
- We cannot run an official background check or pull a criminal record for anyone
- We cannot guarantee that every phone number, fee, or address listed on this site is current right now
- We cannot give legal advice or decide how a charge, warrant, or sealing rule applies to you
- We cannot issue certified court documents, criminal histories, or other official copies
- We cannot submit expungement petitions, public-records requests, or other forms for you
Only the record holder, such as a court clerk, Prince George County Police, Riverside Regional Jail, or Virginia State Police, can issue an official copy. We can identify the channel, but the document must come from its custodian.
Search Partners
Outside providers power search boxes that appear on some pages. They operate their own services, determine their prices, and control their results. A paid signup reached through one of those tools may generate a referral fee that supports the resource. We do not set partner charges or decide what their searches return.
